Comment Monitoring
New comments and messages (Facebook and VK) from all accounts and communities will be brought together in one place, in real time; distributed between threads and labeled depending on the tone of voice. You can reply to a comment, delete a comment, or mark a comment as read. You can see comment statistics in your account statistics (activity hours, tone of voice, response time).

Notifications
Set up notifications in Telegram to avoid missing new comments. Notifications from different accounts can be sent to different chats. The bot doesn’t only send notifications about new comments, it also makes it possible to respond to them immediately without going to LiveDune or the social network.

Which plans feature Comment Monitoring and Comment Export tools?
Comments and DM Monitoring is available on all LiveDune plans, including the free trial period.
Comment Export is available on all plans, expect for the trial period.
On which socials can I track comments and messages?
You can handle comments and messages from Instagram, VKontakte, Facebook, Odnoklassniki and Telegram.
Currently, only comment export is available from YouTube and Twitter comments aren’t monitoried.

Which socials can I export comments from?
Comment Export is available for your accounts in Instagram, VKontakte, Facebook, YouTube, Odnoklassniki, and Telegram. Comment Export for other users’ accounts is not available.
Will old messages and comments be available?
Only new comments and messages received after connecting your account to LiveDune’s Comments and Messages Monitoring Module will be displayed.

Comment tone is determined only available on the Business and Agency Plans.
Comment tone captures the emotional quality of comments.
Our neural network was trained on 10,000 manually evaluated comments from accounts connected to LiveDune. The service interprets comment mood, it can even identify irony and sarcasm.
Are DM and comment statistics available?
Comment statistics are available for Instagram, Facebook, VKontakte, and Odnoklassniki. For now, DM statistics are available only for Instagram and VKontakte.
